Everything inside was tested and functional when it was stored in 2025. The shade structure alone is one of the largest things you can spot in the aerial footage of Burning Man, and that's just the start: a geodesic dome with green cover, 4 aluminet setups, 22 carports with tarps and stakes, 15 air conditioners, 15 evap coolers, plenums and ducting, a serious pile of tools, 30 free-standing bike racks, kitchen gear for 100 people, box fans, flood lights, rope lights, tables, storage bins, and the storage trailer itself. About $100,000 of gear at replacement value, sold together as one package: you get the back end of a semi as a ready-made storage solution and a camp's whole skeleton.
